Submission Process – Read this first!

Submission of papers, tutorial proposals, and special session proposals is done via the web-based services of the Welcome system of Molesystems in Torino, Italy. Only submission of PDF (Portable Document Format) is accepted.

Submission consists of the following steps.

1. Login to the ETS’06 page of the Welcome system.
There are three ways to login.

· If you are an IEEE member and have an IEEE web account, you can use the corresponding user-id and password to log in.

· If you are an IEEE member, but do not have an IEEE web account yet, you can create one and use that to log in.

· If you are not an IEEE member, you can create a Guest Web Account.The details of the login procedure are explained on the login page.

2. Summary submission.
First, you need to select your submission category. Please read carefully our Submission Instructions before you select, as this determines on what criteria your submission will be reviewed, and for what type of publication your are eligible.
Subsequently, you enter the following information about the paper.

· Title

· Abstract (can be copied from the paper itself, is used amongst others during review assignment)

· Key words

· Topic (choose the best fit)

3. Submission upload.
Load your actual submission, in the form of a PDF file, onto the web system.

4. Submission notification.
After your submission has been checked, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
