About ETS 2011
The IEEE European Test Symposium (ETS) is
Europe's premier forum dedicated to presenting and discussing scientific
results, emerging ideas, practical applications, hot topics, and new trends in
the area of electronic-based circuit and system testing. In 2011, ETS will take
place in Trondheim, Norway.
Moday embedded tutorials
Remember that there is an embedded tutorial as a
part of the Test Spring Scool@ETS'11 Monday afternoon. This takes place at the
conference venue at NTNU. This tutorial is open to all attendees to ETS
2011.
ETS'11 is being organized by the
Norwegian
University of Science and Technology , and is sponsored by the
Test
Technology Technical Council (TTTC) of the
IEEE Computer
