15/12/2011 The Test Spring School is announced. TSS offers a 3 day test spring school for Ph.D. and M.Sc. students, from May 26th-May 28th 2012, back-to-back with ETS. This year, emphasis is put on dependability, online test, and fault tolerance of circuits and systems.
