- Both online and offline registrations are possible. Online registration is handled via a Secure Web Server (high-grade encryption key (RC4, 128 bit)). For offline registration form (PDF), a free Acrobat Reader is required. If you prefer to use the offline form, please print it out and send it to us by mail or fax (see ETW'01 contact information for addresses).
Registration Policy
- For early registration, it must be received by May 8, 2001. Hotel registration must be received by May 11, 2001. After May 11, 2001 registration is still possible, but no guarantee for accommodation is provided.
Payment
- We can accept the following credit cards: Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express. Workshop credit card charges will be processed by American Express/Nyman & Schultz.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations before May 11, 2001 will be subject to a 20% service charge. Cancellations received after May 11, 2001 will be subject to the full registration fee.
After May 11, 2001 all changes regarding the accommodation have to be made directly with the hotel:
