Deadline

The advance registration deadline is the 4^th of May, 2015.

All participants must register until the 4^th of May, 2015, even for "at-desk" type payments.

Paper acceptance and fees

ETS 2015 Advance Registration is applied if the participant is registered and the payment is received until the 4^th of May, 2015.

ETS 2015 Full Registration fee for IEEE members / IEEE retired/life members / non IEEE members includes: access to all the symposium sessions; symposium proceedings (on USB stick) and Program Booklet; coffee breaks; 3 lunches (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday); Welcome Reception (Monday); Social Event (Wednesday); souvenirs.

ETS 2015 Student Registration fee for IEEE student members / non IEEE student members includes: access to all the symposium sessions; symposium proceedings (on USB stick) and Program Booklet; coffee breaks; 3 lunches (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday); Welcome Reception (Monday); souvenirs. The Social Event is not included. A copy of the student card is required and has to be submitted together with the registration form; otherwise the registration will be discarded.

ETS 2015 One Day Registration fees include: access to all the symposium sessions on that day; symposium proceedings (on USB stick) and Program Booklet; coffee breaks on that day; lunch on that day; souvenirs. The Social Event is not included.

ETS 2015 Fringe Workshop fee includes access to RAFES workshop; workshop coffee breaks; lunch on Friday.

All accepted papers must be accompanied by a Full Registration. A Student Registration or One Day Registration only is not allowed. Please provide your paper ID.

Registration and payment

ETS 2015 offers three ways of payment:

A. Paying with credit card

Register and pay online, using the registration form. We accept MasterCard and VISA. Please have your credit card ready, when you start the registration process, because card payment has to be done together with registration. Card payment will not be available at the registration desk.

B. Paying by wire transfer

Step 1: Pay by wire transfer, using the bank account details below. On the payment order, please specify "ETS15 symposium fees for paper id(s) (e.g. 1,2)". Keep the payment proof, to upload it in the registration form.

Step 2: Prepare an electronic format of the payment proof (screenshot, or scan/photo of the paper proof), in JPG, GIF, PNG or PDF format, file size max. 5MB.

Step 3: Register online, using the registration form. Have the payment proof ready and upload it there.

C. Paying at the conference registration desk

Step 1: Register online, using the registration form. Select "At desk" payment method, in the form. Late fees will be applied.

Step 2: Pay (cash only) when you arrive at the conference, at the registration desk. Currently, we do not offer at-desk payment with credit card.

IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, if the paper is not presented by the author at the conference.
