ETW 2000 IEEE European Test Workshop Atlantic Gardens Hotel, Cascais, Portugal May 23-26, 2000

Thanks for your participation The IEEE European Test Workshop is a well recognized forum for presenting and discussing trends, emerging results and hot topics in the area of electronic-based circuit and system testing. In 2000, the workshop took place in Cascais, 25 Kms away from Lisbon, Portugal. Cascais is a fishermen village, in the seaside of the portuguese atlantic coast, near the historic cities of Lisboa and romantic Sintra. It has been organized by INESC in cooperation with the Electrical and Computer Engineering Dept. of IST (Lisbon Technical University). It has been also sponsored by the IEEE Computer Society - Test Technology Technical Council (TTTC).
