ETW'03 Registration & Financial Policy
Credit Card Handling ETW’03 registrations by credit card are handled through the IEEE Computer Society in Washington, DC, USA. This means that the registration fee will show up on your credit card / bank statement under “IEEE Computer Society, Washington” as an amount in US dollars. Unfortunately, it was not possible to add “ETW’03” to this text. Due to varying exchange rates between the Euro, the US dollar, and your local currency, it is unavoidable that small differences occur between the amounts charged. At ETW’03 in Maastricht, you will receive a hardcopy registration receipt with the amount charged in US dollars.
Cancellations / Refunds If you have registered for ETW’03, but cannot come for some reason, we recommend that you send a colleague or friend instead. ETW’03 allows a registration for one person to be used by another person, as long as only one person uses the registration at a time. If you inform us, we will try to replace the original registration badge with one under the correct name. If you must cancel, registration fees can be refunded upon written request only. Write to: IEEE European Test Workshop, Bram Kruseman (Finance Chair), Prof. Holstlaan 4 (M/S WAY-41), 5656 AA Eindhoven, The Netherlands. Registrations can be cancelled free of charge until April 23, 2003. Between April 23 and May 16, 2003, a 10% processing fee with a minimum of EUR 50 is charged for each refund. After May 16, 2003, refunds are not possible. |
