ETW'03 Submission

 

ETW'03 paper submission is closed, and all authors received notification of acceptance.

Please read the following guidelines for preparing and submitting accepted regular papers and posters.

 

Regular Paper

If your submission has been accepted as regular paper, you should prepare an oral presentation and preferably also a final version of your paper.

  • Presentation

    You should prepare a 20-minute oral presentation. At ETW'03, your 20-minute presentation will be followed by 10 minutes of discussion.     All presentations at ETW'03 are done using MS-PowerPoint. Please upload your PowerPoint file by Wednesday May 21, 2003 to the ETW'03 submission web site. If you wish, your presentation slides will also be included on a CD-ROM in PDF format, which will be manufactured after the workshop and mailed to all ETW'03 registered participants.

  • Final Paper

    ETW'03 will distribute at the workshop a Digest of Papers to all registered participants. This Digest of Papers contains the papers accepted for presentation at ETW'03, for which the authors wish to provide and release their paper.

    If you wish your paper to be included in the Digest of Papers, please prepare a full paper (max. 6 pages), and upload the final paper (in PDF format) by April 15, 2003 to the ETW'03 submission web site. The PDF file should print properly on A4 size paper (8.5 x 11-inch size paper is also acceptable). All printed material, including text, illustrations, and charts, must be kept within a print area 6-7/8 inches (approx. 17.5 cm) wide by 8-7/8 inches (approx. 22.5 cm) high.

    All papers included in the Digest of Papers will also be published on a CD-ROM, which will be manufactured after the workshop and mailed to all ETW'03 registered participants.

    ETW'03 also produces Formal Proceedings, published by IEEE Computer Society after the workshop and mailed to all registered participants. All full papers provided for ETW's Digest of Papers, are candidates for inclusion in the Formal Proceedings, after permission from the authors. The review and selection will be based on the quality of the paper, as well as on the quality of the presentation at ETW'03.

    In 2004, a Special Issue of Kluwer's 'Journal of Electronic Testing - Theory and Applications' (JETTA) will be devoted to ETW'03. All full papers provided for ETW's Digest of Papers are candidates for inclusion in the Formal Proceedings, after permission from the authors. The review and selection will be based on the quality of the paper, as well as on the quality of the presentation at ETW'03.

Poster

If your submission has been accepted as poster, you should prepare a poster and preferably also a final version of your paper.

  • Poster

    You should prepare a poster and bring it with you to ETW'03. Each poster will be given a space of 180cm height x 90cm width at one of the four one-hour poster sessions.

  • Final Paper

    ETW'03 will distribute at the workshop a Digest of Papers to all registered participants. This Digest of Papers contains the papers accepted for presentation at ETW'03, for which the authors wish to provide and release their paper.

    If you wish your paper to be included in the Digest of Papers, please prepare a short paper (max. 2 pages), and upload the final paper (in PDF format) by April 15, 2003 to the ETW'03 submission web site.
