Submission
of
papers, tutorial proposals, and special session proposals is done via
the
web-based services of the Welcome system of Molesystems in Torino,
Italy. Only
submission of PDF
(Portable Document Format) is accepted.
Submission
consists of the following steps.
1.Login
to the ETS'08 page of the Welcome system
In order to access WELCOME, you
must have an IEEE Web Account (see below).
WELCOME requires that JavaScript be enabled in your browser and that
you allow pop-ups for this domain.
2.Summary
submission.
First, you need to select your submission category. Please read
carefully our Submission
Instructions before you select, as this
determines on what
criteria your
submission will be reviewed, and for what type of publication your are
eligible.
Subsequently, you enter the following information about the paper.
Title
Abstract
(can be copied from the paper itself, is used during
review
assignment)
Key
words
Topic
(choose the best fit)
3.Submission
upload.
Load your actual submission, in the form of a PDF file, onto the web
system.
4.Submission
notification. After
your submission has been checked, you will receive a confirmation by
e-mail.
