Social Program


On Sunday May 22, a reception is held at the 601 year old Tallinn Town Hall, which is the best preserved medieval town hall in the Nordic.

ETS guests will be greeted by the Mayor of the city and by the rector of Tallinn University of Technology and will have a chance to enjoy a glass of wine in this historic building.

Social Event

Social event will start with a bus tour to Kadriorg (Katarinenthal) with its villas, parks and the Baroque castle, and to Pirita, the site of the Moscow Olympic regatta 1980.

A visit to Rocca al Mare open air museum will follow. The museum exhibits a collection of old country houses transported to the place from all-over Estonia.

We will have a guided tour to the best preserved medieval old town in the Northern Europe.

Finally, the Symposium Dinner will take place at the medieval style “Olde Hansa” Restaurant.
