Regular Papers
Regular papers should present novel and complete research work, supported by experimental results. Only full papers of a maximum of six pages should be submitted.
Regular paper submissions can be accepted for:
- oral presentation in front of a full audience, in this case you must prepare a final manuscript of a maximum of 6 pages + additional pages (up to 2 pages for 100€ each) A4 for inclusion in the Formal Proceedings
- poster presentation, in this case a one page abstract of the paper will be published in the Formal Proceedings. At the authors will, the full version of the paper may be published in the ETS'13 Electronic Informal Digest of Papers.
Submission Process
Only full papers of a maximum of six pages should be submitted. Paper submissions should be formatted as close as possible to the final IEEE format: A4 pages, a maximum of six pages, double column, single spaced, Times or equivalent font of minimum 10pt.The IEEE templates to be used when preparing the paper can be found here.
By means of their submission, authors agree to register for and participate in ETS'13, in case their submission is accepted for oral presentation or poster presentation.
- Title and Abstract submission deadline: December 3rd 2012
- Full paper submission deadline: December 10th 2012
- Notification of acceptance: February 20th 2013
- Final manuscript: April 2nd 2013
All submissions should be original and previously unpublished. Only electronic submission of PDF files via the paper submission page of the ETS'13 web site are accepted.
