ETS on-line registration is now closed. Only on-site registration will be possible, starting from Monday, May 27th, at 13h00.

Presentation slides in ppt format must be uploaded though the MOLE System web site before May 20, 2013

The required travel document for entry in France is a national ID card (only for countries from European Union, EEA and Switzerland) or passport.

Please refer to the page of French Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs for the list of countries who are exempted from a visa for visiting France.

In case you need a visa and invitation letter is required, please send us:

• your full name (first and last names) in capital letters
• sex
• nationality
• complete mailing address and fax number
• date of birth
• birth place
• passport number
• the dates of issue and expiry of your passport

Please note that invitation letters will be issued only to registered participants of the conference and workshops who have already paid the conference fee.
