Presentation Preparation
Authors of submissions accepted for oral
presentation should prepare a presentation of their paper. ETS'11 does not use
a standardised background. Each presentation is 30 minutes including
questions.
You may use more than one file or file type if
you need that. If you need to show a video or a picture as a separate file
during your presentation, that is possible. You will see how this is done once
you log in to preseria.com.
Supported file types and formats
- PowerPoint
- OpenOffice
- PDF
- Images
- Videos
- YouTube clips
- Web pages
Remember to allow some time for questions at the
end of your presentation.
The upload process
ETS'11 uses Preseria to organise the sessions.
Log in to preseria.com
with your e-mail and password to upload your presentation. Please upload before
18th May.
Updating your presentation
If you need to do some changes you may login to
preseria.com and upload
your new presentation. Remember to delete the old version. If you do this
before your session starts, your new presentation will be available when you
enter the podium. If you cannot avoid last minute updates you may still bring a
USB and the session helper will assist you.
Back up
Remember to bring a USB-stick with your slides.
Never leave it until you have given your presentation. |
