Registration and accommodation

TSS@ETS starts Friday evening 20.05 and ends Monday morning 23.05.

The Test Spring School at ETS'11 is located at The Nidaros Pilgrim Centre in the centre of Trondheim. You stay at the centre for the days of TSS.

Registration for the TSS@ETS'11 is a two-step process. You register for the event at NTNU videre and book accommodation at The Nidaros Pilgrim Centre by email to pamelding@pilegrimsgarden.no.

Pricing:

The registration fee for TSS@ETS'11 is NOK 2.200 (EUR 275) for PhD candidates and NOK 3.200 (EUR 400) for non PhDs. This covers the Test School with food and social events. Accommodation is not included in this fee.

Accommodation at The Nidaros Pilgrim Centre must be booked separately by the participants by sending an e-mail to pamelding@pilegrimsgarden.no. In the e-mail you must tell that you are attending the TSS@ETS'11 and when you will arrive and leave. You must also tell which option you prefer. The accomodation cost includes breakfast.

The Pilgrim Centre has three options for rooms, and the prices per occupant and night are as listed below. These prices include breakfast.

If you prefer prepayment of your stay you may ask The Nidaros Pilgrim Centre to send you an invoice for your stay by e-mail. The standard way to settle the bill for the stay is by credit card on the site.

Students that plan to share a room may send a common booking mail.

You may also stay at The Nidaros Pilgrim Centre during ETS'11 if you plan to attend the conference. The walking distance to the conference venue is shorter than from the city hotels. In this case you register for the event without any hotel room and book your room at Pilegrimsgården for the whole week.
