Submission instructions for Vendor
sessions
Submission of vendor session proposals is
handled by WelCoMe®. Only submission of PDF (Portable Document Format) is
accepted.
Submission consists of the following steps.
- Login to the ETS'11 page of WelCoMe®. In order to
access WelCoMe®, you must have an IEEE Web Account. WelCoMe® requires
that JavaScript is enabled in your browser and that you allow pop-ups for this
domain.
- Summary submission.
First, you need
to select your submission category. For the vendor sessions this is
"Vendor Session presentations".
- Submission
registration.
Subsequently, you enter the following information about
the paper.
Title
Abstract (can be copied from the paper
itself, is used during review assignment)
Key-words
Topic (choose the
best fit)
Author and contact information
- Submission upload.
You may now
upload a pdf with your complete submission.
- Submission notification.
After your
submission has been verified, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
